Sultan Hotel does not generally allow pets, as we maintain strict cleanliness
and hygiene standards across our rooms and shared facilities such as the
indoor pool, spa and dining areas to ensure a comfortable environment for all
guests.
However, certified service animals required for
guests with disabilities are always welcome in accordance with applicable
regulations. If you have a service animal, please notify us at the time of
booking at +90 (212) 528 13 43 so we can make appropriate arrangements for a
smooth check-in.
For guests travelling with pets that are
not service animals, we recommend contacting the hotel directly before
booking to discuss your situation. While our standard policy does not permit
pets, management may consider exceptions on a case-by-case basis, potentially
with additional fees and conditions. Our concierge can also recommend nearby
pet-friendly accommodation and provide information about local veterinary and
pet-care services if needed.
