At
check-in to Yaşmak Sultan Hotel, guests must present a valid photo
identification document and a credit card, which is standard procedure for
hotels in Turkey and internationally. Acceptable photo ID includes a valid
passport for international travellers or a national identity card for Turkish
citizens and EU residents. The document must be current and match the name on
your reservation.
The credit card serves to verify
identity, guarantee the reservation and cover any incidental charges during
your stay (such as minibar, room service, spa treatments or dining). Major
credit cards including Visa, Mastercard and American Express are accepted. If
you have already paid for your room, the card is held only for incidentals
and any extra services used.
Guests under 18 may only check
in when accompanied by a parent or official legal guardian, whose ID and
credit card will be required. If someone other than the named guest is
checking in, prior authorisation and additional documentation may be needed –
