The schedule is designed to suit different travellers – early risers can fuel up before heading to attractions such as Topkapi Palace or Hagia Sophia, while those who prefer a relaxed morning can still enjoy a leisurely breakfast before service ends. The buffet is regularly replenished throughout the serving hours.
