accidental damage is rare. If you accidentally damage or stain something in
your room – linens, towels, furnishings, fixtures or equipment – please
notify the front desk or housekeeping promptly so we can address
it.
Minor accidental damage such as a broken glass or a
stained towel is generally treated as normal wear and tear, and you likely
will not be charged. Significant damage beyond normal use – broken furniture
or fixtures, severely stained linens or carpets, damaged equipment, or
missing items – may result in fair repair or replacement charges applied to
the credit card on file.
Any charges will be reasonable and
reflect the actual cost of repair or replacement, with an itemised
explanation provided before processing. In-room safe boxes are available for
valuables. If you notice any existing damage when you enter your room, please
report it immediately so it can be documented and avoid any misunderstanding
at checkout.
