Tower Pub is a rooftop bar in Sirkeci, about six minutes’ walk from the hotel — the closest terrace with a view of both the Galata Tower and the old city skyline.
Practical notes: draught and bottled beer, spirits, and a short menu of pub food. Open from around midday until late. Weekday evenings are quiet enough to walk in; Friday and Saturday the terrace fills after nine, so arriving early or calling ahead helps.
The terrace is uncovered, so it depends on weather; in winter the indoor section stays open. Cards are accepted.
Because it is so close, it works well as a first stop before dinner rather than a whole evening out.
